PLASTIC EXTRUSION
Conka Manufacturing is able to supply a wide range of extrusion services with the recent introduction of a brand new Plastic Extrusion line which is now fully functional.
The maximum output on the new KB300 line is up to 150 kilos per hour. The minimum size profile that we are currently able to extrude is 10mm x 10mm, the maximum size depends on weight and complexity but is approximately 250mm x 125mm.
To compliment the plastic extrusion line we have a CNC Routing/Drilling machine with a table machining area of 3m x 2.5m with the facility for high speed drilling, profile cutting or milling and well as an optioning to print directly onto the parts.
We have suppliers for plastic extrusion dies in both the UK and Far East to ensure we can be competitive in both lead times and price.
