Conka Manufacturing provide some of the highest quality injection moulding tooling in the UK at very affordable prices, our toolmaker is located 30 minutes away from the factory meaning we can carry out any production or maintenance very quickly. All tooling we produce is guaranteed to a minimum of million parts.
Tool Design and project management are free of charge and we make every effort to ensure your moulds are produced efficiently, on time and are fit for purpose. Our experience means we can find solutions to tricky manufacturing processes and we are happy to advise on ways of improving efficiency.
Your assigned project manger will be able to provide constant feedback on the status of your tooling and samples are provided in the correct polymers before approval and sign off.
If you are bringing your own tooling suite to us we can carry out any maintenance or development required and get your product into production in record time.
