We are able to mould products from less than 1 gram to parts weighing 1290 grams in polystyrene

Ultra Sonic Welding:

2 x Branson 920 IW+ Vertical Ultra Sonic Welders

1 x Telsonic SG-7-300 Hand Held Ultra Sonic Welder

Extrusion:

Our Extrusion Line specification is as follows:-

We can produce extruded profiles up to 200mm wide x 110mm high at a rate of 200 metres per hour, supply 60 to 200 kgs per hour of raw material.

We are also able to print on the extruded profiles as they are being produced and are also able to cut the profiles to specific lengths in process.

We also have a cnc operated air bed router for machining the profiles.
